Hallo!
New updates:
Kadaver-Stil Update 111:
Nun, da die Kabine noch abgesehen, ist es eine gute Gelegenheit, die Teppiche zu ändern, und auch installieren einige zusätzliche Lärm in Teppichen. Die ursprüngliche Filzgleiter waren zu weit vom Auto entfernt und müssen durch etwas anderes ersetzt werden.

Du hast nicht wirklich einen neuen Gummimattensatz UNTER den Teppich verbaut, oder?
Er scheint außerdem nicht gut zu passen, denn die Bleche für die Sitzbefestigung sind nicht ganz abgedeckt.
Welche Teilenummern haben die beiden Gummimattenteile?
Hast Du noch mehr davon?

Hallo Jan!!
I have put a new original "Gummimattensatz" under the carpets. I hoped it would give some noice reduction, and a membrane that would prevent water from sinking down to the metalplates of the chassis.
The bad fit is caused by storage. I bought them in 1999 from CPC in Wolfsburg, and they have been stored since then. The storage gave some bad bendings.
I cannot find the spare part numbers, but if it is important to find them, I will go through my VW-library and find the numbers.
It was the only set I bought. But in 1999 CPC had alot of them in stock, but only a few left and right parts for the inner sills. I did not buy the ones for the sills.

You can see the bare metal in the left lower corner.
Mine are slightly longer there, to cover it completely.
I am not sure now, which of my floormats is longer, the front or the rear.
Will find out tomorrow.

The floor mats are expensive now, so i was wondering, why someone would mount them below.
It is like buying new chrome parts and paint them matt black.

I already know the partnumbers, but probably mine are an older version of that.

I really would like to know the partnumbers on your stickers.
So i would know what i would get, if i get the money to order them some day.

The parts for the inner sills are a kind of grey carpet, nearly identical material could be found elsewhere. Although i am not sure, if i ever saw partnumbers for them. Müsste ich die Microfiche-Glaskugel befragen.

I have found the old invoice.
The spare parts numbers are:
171 863 713 M 041
171 863 723 G 041
The floorpans change a lot through the model years. If these are for the newer floorpans or the older I do not know. To find out I will have to look at the microfilms.
