Hello! I have currently installed the famous lowering kit combo eibach- bilstein b4 on my golf mk1 1.1 GG. I wanted to give up on my coilovers as they were pretty hard to ride with. I have fitted everything correctly, and everything is new on the new setup, but my front shock absorbers seem to develop a noise when hitting the slightest drop on the road. Is it possible that the eibach lowering springs are too soft for this engine?

is anyone using this setup on their mk1? eibach lowering springs and bilstein b4 shocks? I have noticed that spring coils seem to be touching each other on the bottom of the spring
