Ich habe jedoch zwei Fragen:

1. Den Unterboden ist schon lackiert. Du baust Bremsleitungen und Hinterachse schon wieder ein wo die Karrosserie noch gefuellert, Rostschutzgrundiert und lackiert werden muess. Warum nicht erst den ganzen Karrosserie fertig lackieren? Jetzt muss die alle Neuteile einpacken beim Lackieren der Karrosserie und machst du es den Lackierer schwierig jede Ecke der Karrosserie zu lackieren.

2. Die Leitungen beim Benzinpumpe sehen eigenartig aus. Kannst du dazo mal was erzaehlen, bessere Bilder einstellen? Du hasst doch nicht am Pumpenausgang einfach Gummi-Benzinschlauch mit Schlauchschellen verwendet? Die Pumpe liefert bis zu 8 Bar druck! Da haellt auf dauer kein Benzinschlauch/Schelle dicht! Fuer deine eigene Sicherheit, Benzinroehre benutzen!

I am aware of the difficulties with painting the rest of the car. The plan was to paint the outside/upper side of the car myself, so I would take the necessary precautions, but now the car is maybe going to be painted by a professional. In cause you are wondering, the car will be painted in the same colour all over.
The "Schweller" are painted too a line just below the holes for the trim, so the painter can easily spraypaint without spraying under the car.

2.
The car is a Diesel and not a GTI. So a pump pressure of 8 Bar will not be necessary to take precautions against. If it was a GTI, I could not have connected it as I have done. The fuel lines is actually "Pneumatic-rohre", and they are approved to 16 Bar. All the original piping of a GTI can be replaced by Pneumatic fittings and lines, they are normally approved to a minimum of 16 Bar.
